How to Book A Consultation

Read Essential Information
Before filling out the consultation form, it is important that all of the items on the Info page be read. This helps you make sure the Shangri-La's Tattoo Emporium would be the best fit for you and your piece.

Fill Out Request Form
If you have read through the Essential Information and feel that we are a good fit for you, please fill the form out adequately. With the amount of inquiries that we get, it's important to be thorough in order to receive the proper amount of attention. Only serious inquiries with the requested information will receive a response.

Wait to Receive Follow Up
Once we have reviewed the information that you provide, someone will be in communication to schedule an in-person consultation.

Consultation & Scheduling
At the consultation, the perimeters will be finalized and if you are ready to move forward, you will schedule the appointment before leaving. As a reminder, we ask that only the client be present for both the consultation and the appointment itself.
